Supervision of Design and ConstructionPan-China Supervision Company mainly applies itself to the design supervision in design phase and the project supervision in construction phase for the following projects: construction projects, road projects, and municipal street engineering. Project ManagementWith sustainable development of construction market, improved multiple structure of project investment system day by day, higher requirements investors have on the projects, and higher standard of project usage function, and in order to be adequate to this demand of market economy situation, in 2002 it began attempting the project management services under the condition of building supervision market circumstance, and created a series of mature project management modes.
